The Badge Centre offer an international delivery service subject to the following:

We offer/charge delivery based on your location and the total value of your order. For the purpose of location, this is defined by the guidance of the UK Royal Mail Service.

Our delivery zones are:

• UK - postage is: £0.80 per order (free for orders over £15)
• Europe & EU - postage is £2.50 (free for orders over £15)
• Rest of the World - postage is £2.50 (free for orders over £15

Orders are normally dispached within 5 - 7 days of order using UK Royal Mail standard letter service or Parcel service, depending on parcel size/weight. In most cases we do however ship items within 24 - 36 hours.

Royal Mail use the following as a guide for delivery times:

• UK - 2 to 5 days
• Europe & EU - delivery from 3 days
• Rest of the World - delivery from 5 days

For order to the USA, please note that orders are often subject to delays that are out of our control. Please allow for extra time for delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Badges can only be refunded in the event of product defects. We inspect each and every badge prior to dispach however in the unlikely event that there is a fault with a badge please contact us. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and for that reason we will do our very best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The cost of the return is to be paid by the customer, however in the event of faulty items we will dispatch a replacement free of charge.
