Helllo, Loved the badges! Quality is better than I expected for the price and delivery was super speedy. The 'proof' email was very handy, but they were great first time with no changes necessary. I don't remember seeing on the website when I ordered that you would send an email proof, perhaps it would be possible to make this clearer especially for people who don't check emails that often?

With each order an email confirmation is sent to confirm the order, within which details of the proof is included. However clearly this is not enough, so we have taken on board your comments and we have now added information on the website that is displayed to all customers once their order has been placed. Once payment has been made a message is displayed to show that an email will be on its way and proofs will follow shortly.

Hi I was certainly very pleased with the service provided by the Badge Centre - my purchase was processed very quickly and I was kept updated with the progress of the order. The badges received were as seen on the photos and everyone really liked them. I will definitely use this website again if I need more badges in the future!
