Delivery Options
We dispatch orders to the UK only. Delivery prices are automatically calculated during checkout and certain options may not be available for your order, depending on the order value.
We reserve the right to send orders via a 'signed for' service at our discretion.
NEW - Express Dispatch
If you need your order in a hurry and your order value is less than £20, then our Express Dispatch service is ideal.
Order by 12noon on a working day and we will aim to dispatch your order by Royal Mail Tracked 24 the very same working day. This is only available on orders up to and including £20.
Express Dispatch is not available for our bulk promo badges or our custom bulk school bulk badges due to us requiring proofs to be approved, which will delay dispatch..
Standard Dispatch
If you do not choose our Express Dispatch or it is not available for your order then we will display alternative options.
Typically you will have either a Dispatch in 3,5 or 7 Working day option. This will be determined by your order value.
Orders placed after 12 noon or on weekends/bank holidays will be treated as if received the next working day.
Free Delivery
Some of our products that are made in bulk come with a free delivery option. We aim to ship these in around 5-7 working days, however the more badges you order the longer they will take to produce. Dispatch time can vary based on current demand and workload. This includes our "Custom Bulk Badges" category and "Custom School Badge Design" categories.
